Jazz Pharmaceuticals Presents Data From Its Phase 3 HERIZON-GEA-01 Study Of Ziihera In Combination With Chemotherapy At ESMO Congress 2026 To Treat Patients With HER2-Positive Locally Advanced Or Metastatic Gastroesophageal Adenocarcinoma

HJazz Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ:JAZZ) today announced updated overall survival (OS) results from the Phase 3 HERIZON-GEA-01 trial evaluating Ziihera® (zanidatamab-hrii) in combination with chemotherapy, with or without Tevimbra® (tislelizumab-jsgr), as first-line treatment for adults with HER2-positive (HER2+) locally advanced or metastatic gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA). The results from the second interim, and final formal, analysis were presented as a late-breaking rapid oral presentation (LBA79) at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026 in Madrid, Spain.
