According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huatai Securities (06886) announced that in 2021, Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. will publicly issue perpetual subprime bonds (second installment) to professional investors, referred to as “21 Huatai Y2” for short. Interest will be paid and delisted in Japan on October 28, 2026. The coupon interest rate (annual interest rate) for current bonds is 4.00%, the principal amount paid for each current bond is RMB 1,000, and the interest payment is RMB 40.00 (tax included).
