According to Zhitong Finance App, Guangdong Bay Intelligent Computing (01396) announced that since October 23, 2026, Dr. Han Qinchun has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee; and Dr. Huang Hao has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
