eQ to Buy Nordic Real Estate Asset Management Group Genesta Property

01:15 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- eQ (EQV1V.HE) agreed to buy Nordic real estate asset manager Genesta Property Nordic at a maximum valuation of 15.5 million euros, before price adjustments. The Finnish asset management and corporate finance group said Friday the valuation comprises an 11.5 million-euro base purchase price and a 4 million-euro conditional earn-out. The deal completion is expected in the first quarter of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
