Deyaar Development's Q3 Attributable Profit, Revenue Grow

01:00 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Deyaar Development (DFM:DEYAAR) logged 169.1 million Emirati dirhams in profit attributable to owners of the company for the third quarter, compared with 157.4 million dirhams a year ago. EPS moved to 0.0387 dirham from 0.0359 dirham, a Friday filing showed. For the three months ended Sept. 30, revenue was 570.3 million dirhams, compared with 521.6 million dirhams, the Dubai-listed real estate company added.
