UPM-Kymmene Seeks Nasdaq Helsinki Listing for New Plywood Business Holding Company Wisa Group

12:43 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UPM-Kymmene (UPM.HE) applied to Nasdaq Helsinki to list Wisa Group, the new holding company of its UPM Plywood business area. The Finnish forest materials company said Thursday it established Wisa for the demerger of its plywood business, which is expected to be completed on Oct. 31 upon registration with the Finnish Trade Register. Wisa's trading on the bourse is expected to begin on Nov. 2 under the ticker symbol WISA.
