MobilityOne Flags Overdue Payment from Super Apps Over Planned JV

05:14 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- MobilityOne (MBO.L) failed to receive the initial payment from Bradbury Capital's Super Apps Holdings as part of their proposed joint venture, according to a Wednesday release. The UK-listed e-commerce infrastructure payment services provider's M1 Malaysia unit was supposed to receive 40 million Malaysian ringgit by Tuesday, within 14 days of Bradbury's merger with Technology & Telecommunication Acquisition Corp., a US-traded acquisition vehicle. MobilityOne said it is in close dialogue with Bradbury Capital about the matter.
