M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Concludes Share Placing, Retail Offer

03:08 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- M&G Credit Income Investment Trust (MGCI.L) raised gross proceeds of 1.5 million pounds sterling through completion of a placement and retail offer of new shares. The offerings comprise an issue of 1,647,581 new shares at 0.9181 pound apiece, the British investment trust said Wednesday. The new shares are expected to be admitted on the London bourse's main market on or around Friday.
