12:59 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Summa Defence (SUMMA.HE) subsidiaries Aquamec and Lännen Tractors sold the Watermaster business and related inventory to Dutch company Futurum Navum Beheer for 2.2 million euros in cash. The Finnish defense and security technology group said Tuesday it could receive up to 3.3 million euros in earn-out based on the number of Watermaster machines delivered and paid in full over four years. The transaction is expected to generate an immediate positive cash flow of 1.8 million euros to the group, while resulting in a one-off charge of 8.1 million euros, mainly due to goodwill impairment.
