Arkadian Strategic Metals Files Lawsuit Over Mining License Dispute in Sweden

The metals and gold-focused exploration and development company claimed that McKnight breached their contract after terminating Arkadian's earn-in rights in November 2025 and failing to vest the 25% interest that it "duly earned" by satisfying the first-phase exploration expenditure requirement, according to a Tuesday filing. Arkadian's lawsuit primarily seeks execution of the contract, or alternatively, compensation for damages plus interest and legal costs.
