On October 20, Gu Chunshan, vice president of Chery Automobile, said at the 2026 Chery Global Innovation Conference that in order to promote large-scale commercial operation of the V2G scenario, Chery plans to launch the world's first V2G function on the Chery Fengyun A9 pure electric model in the first half of 2027. By the end of this year, it will deploy fast charging+V2G charging stations in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hefei and Wuhu, and achieve a global layout of 20,000 seats in 2029.
