Alandalus Property Unit to Buy Land for Logistics Space in Saudi Arabia for SAR84 Million

01:46 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alandalus Property (SASE:4320) unit agreed to acquire land in Riyadh's Al Mashael District for 83.8 million Saudi riyals, according to a Monday release. Marafiq Alandalus Allujistiyah is buying the 44,550-square-meter space from Ahmad Suleiman AlFahad wa Awladuh Co. to develop logistics warehouses. The Tadawul-listed property company said it will finance the deal through its own resources or bank facilities.
