Otovo Closes Purchase of Solar Maintenance Services Company PV Hawaii

11:49 PM EDT, 10/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Otovo (OTOVO.OL) completed the $750,000 acquisition of PV Hawaii, a solar operations and maintenance services company on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, formally expanding its US operations to 17 states. The Oslo-listed behind-the-meter energy services company said Monday that it settled the purchase using cash and a promissory note payable in the fourth quarter of 2026. It also agreed to pay an earn-out consideration of cash and shares over three years.
