H. Lundbeck to Elect Former Novo CEO as New Chair

11:45 PM EDT, 10/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- H. Lundbeck (HLUN-A.CO, HLUN-B.CO) plans to appoint Lars Fruergaard Jørgensen as new chair after the company's annual general meeting in 2027. Jørgensen will succeed Dorothea Wenzel, who decided to step down at the meeting, the biopharmaceutical company said Sunday. He will initially join the Lundbeck board as an observer on Nov. 10. Jørgensen served as the chief executive officer and president of Novo Nordisk (NOVO-B.CO) from 2017 to 2025.
