08:32 AM EDT, 10/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Tadawul All Share Index closed Sunday higher at 0.82% in the green as investors keep their eyes on the latest updates on the Middle Eastern conflict. Egypt declared that it is ready to provide support to Saudi Arabia amid its conflict with the Houthi group. The statement comes after an incident in which a helicopter crashed in the kingdom's Najran region. On the corporate front, National Agricultural Development Co. (SASE:6010), d/b/a Nadec, reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2026. The report showed that attributable net profit dropped by 72.53% annually, while revenue rose 7.84%. Shares of the agricultural company rose 0.39% at closing. "Total revenue for the current quarter reached SAR 909.72 million compared to SAR 843.61 million for the same quarter last year, with an increase of 7.84%. The increase was mainly driven by growth in the Protein sector and the Dairy and Food Processing sector, which increased by 100.21% and 1.15%, respectively, as the Company continued to invest in strategic food segments with long-term commercial relevance. The growth in these sectors partially offset a 12.31% decrease in the Agri sector," Nadec's report said. Meanwhile, Armah Sports (SASE:6022) shares ticked up 4.12% as it entered into a 20-year lease deal for a 2,500-square-meter land plot that will be used to establish a "B_FIT" brand sports club in Riyadh. Looking ahead to the rest of the week, the local calendar will see the release of Saudi's real estate price index data for the third quarter on Tuesday, and the September construction cost index to follow on Wednesday.
