Armah Sports Signs Lease in Saudi Arabia for New Outlet

04:28 AM EDT, 10/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Armah Sports (SASE:6022) leased 2,500 square meters in the Al-Sulaymaniyah District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from Fawaz Abdulmohsen Saad Bin Saeed for 20 years plus a two-year grace period. The fitness company will use the land to set up its 30th sports club for men under the "B_FIT" brand, according to a Sunday release. Armah expects to launch 50 clubs by 2030. The value of the contract exceeds 13% of the company's 2025 revenue.
