Eli Lilly Takes 19.9% Stake In TRex Bio With 5.48M Shares, Investing $12.3M In IPO

The Reporting Person beneficially owns an aggregate of 5,480,872 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer, consisting of (a) 2,510,411 shares of Common Stock that were issued to the Reporting Person upon conversion of Series A redeemable convertible preferred stock, (b) 2,095,461 shares of Common Stock that were issued to the Reporting Person upon conversion of Series B redeemable convertible preferred stock and (c) 875,000 shares of Common Stock purchased by the Reporting Person in the IPO at the public offering price of $14.00 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $12.3 million. The funds used by the Reporting Person to acquire the Common Stock purchased in the IPO consisted of cash on hand.
