Emperor International (00163) subsidiary plans to sell land in Sai Kung, New Territories, Hong Kong for HK$161.8 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Emperor International (00163) announced that on October 16, 2026, the seller (Dianxin Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) intended to sell the land to the buyer (Ming Hong Co., Ltd.) at a cost of HK$161.8 million (based on reference to the land's valuation of HK$161.8 million on September 30, 2026). This land refers to Lot No. 581, approximately 210, Jangleung, Sai Kung, Hong Kong, New Territories, China.
