White Pigeon Online (02672): Zhu Tao appointed as non-executive director

After Mr. Zhu Tao and Mr. Lu Weidong took office, Mr. Zheng Yu's resignation as a non-executive director and Dr. Jiang Min's resignation as an independent non-executive director also took effect on the same day.

Since October 16, 2026, the following changes have been made to the composition of the company's board committees: Dr. Jiang no longer serves as Chairman of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee. Dr. Zhao Zhengtang is no longer the Chairman of the Audit Committee; he has been appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee. Mr. Lu Weidong has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
