Fox Factory Appoints Douglas Grimm Interim CEO, Effective Immediately, Succeeding Mike Dennison

Fox Factory Holding Corp. (NASDAQ:FOXF) ("FOX" or the "Company"), a premium brand and a global leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide, today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has decided to make a leadership change. Effective October 16, 2026, the Board has appointed independent director Douglas ("Doug") Grimm as Interim Chief Executive Officer, and Mike Dennison is stepping down from his role as CEO and a member of the Board.
