05:52 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Berenberg reiterated its buy rating for Publicis Groupe (PUB.PA) after a "small beat" in the French advertising and communications group's third-quarter organic growth. "Publicis released its Q326 results on 13 October, with organic growth of 5.0% edging past consensus (+4.8%). Management sounded even more confident than usual: with the industry down to three global players, clients now choose on capabilities rather than price, and Publicis stands out with both high retention and strong order momentum," Berenberg said Friday. Analysts also took note of the company confirming its full-year 2026 organic net revenue growth guidance of between 4.5% and 5%, saying that the management's tone "points to at least the upper end" of the range. "On our calculation, achieving +5.0% for the full year needs Q4 at c+5.6%, against a +5.9% comparable: a two-year stack of c+11.5%, up from +10.7% in Q2 and Q3. Year-end adjustments remain open until late November/beginning of December, but management's message points to upside rather than caution," the research firm added. As such, Berenberg raised its sales forecasts for 2026 and 2027, with its 2028 estimate left unchanged. Meanwhile, EBIT and EPS projections for 2026 were trimmed and those for the next two years were increased. The stock's buy rating was reiterated, while the price target was increased to 123 euros from 119 euros.
