Siemens' Swiss Arm Enters Deal with Procimmo on Zurich Site Sale, Leaseback

11:18 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Siemens (SIE.F) unit Siemens Schweiz entered into a long-term partnership with Procimmo Real Estate Sicav that includes a partial sale-and-leaseback transaction for an industrial and office site in Zurich, Switzerland. The property in the city's Albisrieden district covers 30,500 square meters of land and 35,900 square meters of leasable space, according to a Thursday release. Under the deal, Procimmo will build the Swiss unit's new headquarters in the northwestern part of the site, with completion scheduled for mid-2031.
