PCCW (00008): Wai-yee Tsang appointed as company secretary and authorized representative

Zhitong Finance App News, Telecom (00008) announced that Ms. Zhang Xuezhi has resigned as the company's Group Legal Director and Company Secretary and will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative as stipulated in the “Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules”, effective October 15, 2026; and

Ms Tsang Wai-yee has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative of the company with effect from October 15, 2026. Ms. Tsang joined PCC Group in 2022 and has over 25 years of professional experience in law and company secretarial matters. She is a lawyer and a member of the Hong Kong Law Society.
