Jarvis Securities Unit Placed Under Special Administration

04:09 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Jarvis Securities' (JIM.L) subsidiary Jarvis Investment Management has been placed under special administration following court approval, according to a Thursday filing. The financial services holding company said the court named Adam Henry Stephens and Philip Hemming of S&W Partners as joint special administrators. With the appointment, Jarvis Securities ceased control of the unit, turning the company into a cash shell with no trading business and activities. Jarvis Securities' directors are currently reviewing strategic options and have unveiled a plan to delist the company from the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The plan will be tabled for shareholders' approval.
