Syncona's Portfolio Company OMass Therapeutics Raises $310 Million via Funding Round

04:05 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Syncona's (SYNC.L) portfolio company OMass Therapeutics raised $310 million in an oversubscribed series C funding round, according to a Thursday filing. The UK-listed life science investor committed $10.1 million to the biotechnology company's round, which was co-led by Bain Capital Life Sciences, Forbion and Novo Holdings alongside existing investors. The investment will take Syncona's holding value of OMass to 56 million pounds sterling and its shareholding to 16.1%.
