Mindflair Conditionally Raises GBP1 Million in Equity

04:01 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mindflair (MFAI.L) conditionally raised 1.1 million pounds sterling by placing 402,637,035 new shares at 0.0027 pound per share, the AI-focused technology investment company said Thursday. The company placed 263,331,053 shares under its existing share issue authorities, subject to admission to the London stock exchange's AIM segment. It also placed 139,305,982 shares, conditional on shareholders' approval and admission. Admission of the new shares is expected on Oct. 27. Holders of the placing and conditional placing shares will also conditionally receive one warrant for every two shares subscribed for, exercisable at 0.00311 pound for two years from their date of issue.
