Saint-Gobain to Buy US Infrastructure Products Manufacturer D.S. Brown

03:38 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Compagnie de Saint-Gobain (SGO.PA) agreed to acquire North American infrastructure products manufacturer D.S. Brown Co., according to a Thursday release. The Paris-listed construction materials manufacturer expects the acquisition to boost its construction chemicals platform in North America. Subject to US antitrust approval and other closing conditions, the deal is expected to close by the end of 2026.
