Aldar Properties Purchases Nine Residential Buildings for AED1 Billion

The deal, which marks Aldar's foray into Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, is expected to boost the company's develop-to-hold pipeline to 21 billion dirhams and expand its portfolio by 1,100 units, according to a Thursday release. The company expects Arada to transfer the assets in the fourth quarter of 2029.
