Of the 261 million shares of the company Ho Zuxun held, 30% of the 261 million shares held by He Zuxun, or 783.5 million shares, and all corresponding rights belong to Luo Yuanyu. He Zuxun must cooperate to complete the transfer registration within 30 days from the date of receipt of the mediation letter. The two parties have signed a “Concerted Action Agreement”. When exercising shareholder rights, Luo Yuen-yu acted in line with Ho Zuxun. The actual controller of the company did not change, and the lawsuit had no significant impact on the company's production and operation.
