After this dissolution, Fuyu Development held 1,378 million shares of the company, accounting for 61.09% of the total share capital; it pledged 274 million shares, accounting for 19.91% of its holdings and 12.17% of the company's total share capital. The dissolved shares are intended to be used for subsequent pledges.
