CodeLab Capital Raises NOK29 Million Via Private Placement

04:24 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CodeLab Capital (CODE.OL) conditionally raised 29 million Norwegian kroner through a private placement of 4,829,768 new ordinary shares at a fixed subscription price of 6 kroner apiece. The Norwegian information technology company said Monday it will use the proceeds to repay a bridge loan and fund Mdco's liquidity needs, which it expects to acquire by the fourth quarter. The funds will also cover seasonality effects in Mdco and general corporate purposes. CodeLab said the proceeds are expected to fully fund its operations until breakeven, with settlement of the placement scheduled for Nov. 4. Pareto Securities acted as manager in the placing.
