European Commission OKs New JV by Posco Flow, LX Pantos

06:43 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The European Commission cleared the launch of a joint venture between Slovenia-based logistics company Posco Flow Europe, part of South Korea's POSCO Holdings, and LX Pantos Poland, a unit of South Korean logistics group LX Pantos. The new venture will provide logistics and supply-chain management services in Poland and across Central Europe, according to a Friday release. The authority concluded that the transaction will not raise competition concerns because the joint venture has negligible activities in the European Economic Area and the companies will have a limited combined market position.
