The German steel distributor is selling the platform to a consortium comprising Accura Investment Partners and Becker Consult + Beteiligungs, in line with its corporate strategy to sharpen focus on profitable growth in higher value-added products and services. Deal closing is expected before year-end, subject to customary regulatory approvals. No immediate headcount cuts or site closures are planned.
