Power Probe Plans Up to $1 Million Share Buyback

The automotive electrical diagnostic tools producer appointed Shore Capital Stockbrokers to buy back a maximum of 7,370,240 shares on its behalf. The company also plans to seek shareholder approval to renew its authority to repurchase up to 10% of its shares at its 2026 annual general meeting.
