Bonava Begins Construction on SEK1.3 Billion Swedish Apartment Project

02:37 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bonava (BONAV-B.ST, BONAV-A.ST) started construction on a 1.3 billion-krona apartment development in Sweden, which was sold to Nordic private equity real estate firm Slättö. The Swedish residential developer said Tuesday that construction commenced after receipt of all necessary permits. It tapped H2 Entreprenad as the contractor for the 500-apartment Norrbodahöjden rental housing project in Upplands-Bro.
