SES to Accept EUR363 Million Notes Under Cash Tender Offer

11:51 PM EDT, 10/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- SES (SESG.PA) will accept for purchase 363.4 million euros of notes validly tendered under its cash tender offer for 500 million-euro 0.875% guaranteed notes due Nov. 4, 2027. The space technology company expects to pay the purchase price and accrued interest on Wednesday, according to a Monday release. All notes accepted under the offer will be canceled. SES added that 136.6 million euros of notes remain outstanding.
