Verve Group Media Completes Relocation to Ireland

The mobile advertising intelligence company said in a same-day release its shares will start trading under the new Irish ISIN on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's regulated market on Oct. 5.
