Zhiyuan Holdings (00990) subsidiary leases Malaysian property for artificial intelligence data center projects

According to Zhitong Finance App, Zhiyuan Holdings (00990) announced that on October 1, 2026, Deep Source (PN), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company (as lessee), signed a lease agreement with Nanda Steel (as lessor) to lease the property for a period of 3 years from the unconditional date, with a monthly rent of MYR 917,000 (approximately HK$1.761,000). The properties are all located in Mukim 01, Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.

As previously announced by the company, the company has received approval from the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia for the Group's artificial intelligence data center project. The company said it will speed up the progress of the AI data center construction project. Therefore, the facilities for entering into a lease agreement and building an AI data center project are in line with the company's continuous strategic transformation to promote AI infrastructure operations, injecting new growth impetus into the Group's future development.
