eEnergy Group to Raise GBP6 Million Via Placing, Subscription; Plans GBP2 Million Retail Offer

04:36 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- eEnergy Group (EAAS.L) expects to raise 6.3 million pounds sterling through a placing of 2,018,754,878 new ordinary shares and a direct subscription of 83,333,333 shares at 0.003 pounds each. The net zero energy services provider said Friday it plans to raise an additional 2 million pounds through a retail offer of up to 666,666,666 shares. eEnergy will use the proceeds to pay down overdue creditors, provide working capital, and support its growth plans. The funds will also repay 2.5 million pounds of loans from shareholders. The fundraising remains subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting scheduled for Oct. 23, with the new shares scheduled to commence trading on the London bourse on Oct. 26.
