Vitec Software Unit Buys Finnish Software Company ZMartek

The acquired company, which develops and delivers a resource planning system for the recycling industry, logged 4 million kronor in sales for 2025, according to a Friday release. It will be integrated into Vitec Tietomitta's business unit, which provides waste management software.
