Atlas Copco Buys China's Euroklimat Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Co.

03:49 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Atlas Copco (ATCO-A.ST, ATCO-B.ST) completed the purchase of Chinese industrial heating and cooling systems manufacturer Euroklimat Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Co. The Swedish industrial group integrated the acquired business into its oil-free air division within the compressor technique business area, according to a Friday release. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
