Airtel Africa's Mobile Money Arm Launches Retail Offer Ahead of London Listing

The shares are priced at 1.96 pounds sterling each, valuing the telecommunications company's unit at 5.3 billion pounds. The retail offer requires a minimum investment of 250 pounds per investor, according to a Friday release. The offer is scheduled to close on Oct. 8, with results expected on Oct. 9. Airtel Mobile's shares are expected to begin trading in London on Oct. 14.
