Sogeclair Divests Airbus-dedicated Engineering Activities to Akkodis

12:39 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sogeclair (ALSOG.PA) completed the divestment of its engineering activities dedicated to European planemaker Airbus (AIR.PA), according to a Thursday release. The mobility simulation software company sold the business to Adecco Group's (ADEN.SW) digital engineering and technology consulting arm, Akkodis. The deal included 366 employees in France, Spain, Germany, Canada, India, and the UK. Sogeclair added that the transfer of the activities in the US and Tunisia is subject to required approvals.
