Trelleborg Buys Sealing Products Maker Producta

10:55 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Trelleborg (TREL-B.ST), through its Trelleborg Industrial Solutions business area, acquired Italian sealing and extruded profiles manufacturer Producta on Thursday. The transaction boosts the Swedish engineered polymer group's Southern European sealing profiles business and adds new products to its portfolio, according to a same-day release. Producta reported annual sales of 135 million kronor in 2025, Trelleborg said.
