Wihlborgs Fastigheter Closes on SEK13.3 Billion Castellum Portfolio in Sweden

08:04 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wihlborgs Fastigheter (WIHL.ST) completed the acquisition of a 95-asset property portfolio in Sweden from fellow Swedish real estate company Castellum (CAST.ST) in a 13.3 billion-krona deal. The properties, located in Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg, cover 635,000 square metres and are 85% occupied, according to a Thursday release. The deal was originally announced in June.
