The Stock Exchange of Thailand·10/01/2026 11:37:13
BBL Asset Management Company Limited (the "Management Company") as the
Management Company of Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF)
(the "Fund") was informed by 17 Aunyawee Holding Co., Ltd. (the "Company")
regarding the event of heavy and persistent rainfall in late September 2026 at
Prachinburi province. The aforementioned incident affected the power generation
of Bang Pluang 1 Project and Bang Pluang 2 Project, each with an installed
capacity of 6 megawatts, located in Bang Pluang Subdistrict, Bann Sang District,
Prachinburi Province. The Management Company would like to summarize related
details for the unitholders to acknowledge as follows:
Cause of Damage : Flood
Incident Timeline : 30 September 2026 at approximately 7.00 p.m., heavy and
persistent rainfall during such period caused the water level in the area
surrounding the projects to rise rapidly, resulting in water flowing into and
inundating the project areas.
Initial Impact : The water level had not yet reached the level of the control
buildings, powerhouse buildings, or solar panels within the projects. However,
as the water level began to rise and approach the projects' Revenue Meters,
which are connected to the high-voltage electrical system within the projects,
the Company decided to temporarily disconnect the electrical system at the
Revenue Meters for safety reasons and to prevent potential damage to the Revenue
Meters and related equipment in the high-voltage electrical system. As a
result, the Company has been unable to generate electricity for sale since 1
October 2026.
Latest Situation : Based on inquiries made by Super Energy Corporation Public
Company Limited, the project operator, with officials of the Royal Irrigation
Department, the water level is expected to reach its peak within the next one to
two days and gradually recede thereafter. Once the water level has receded, the
Company will assess any damage and expedite repairs to the extent practicable,
with the aim of restoring the projects' normal power generation operations as
soon as possible.
The Management Company would like to inform unitholders that the Fund has
obtained property all risks insurance and business interruption insurance for
both power plant projects, with the insurance coverage period from 30 June 2026
to 30 June 2027. Under the property all risks insurance policy, the insurer has
imposed a liability limit for flood damage of 20% of the sum insured under the
policy (the aforementioned liability limit is shared between the property all
risks insurance and business interruption insurance policies). The sum insured
under the property all risks insurance policy is THB 258,700,000 for Bang Pluang
1 Project and THB 255,100,000 for Bang Pluang 2 Project. The applicable
deductible for flood-related loss or damage under the property all risks
insurance policy is 10% of the loss, subject to a minimum of THB 100,000,
whichever is higher, for each occurrence arising from such peril. Meanwhile, the
sum insured under the business interruption insurance policy is THB 50,000,000
per project, with a waiting period of 21 days from the first day of the loss (in
August 2026, Bang Pluang 1 Project and Bang Pluang 2 Project can generate
average electricity sales revenue of approximately THB 100,000 per day per
project (excluding VAT)). Currently, the insurer has been duly notified of the
incident.
The other 17 power plant projects in which the Fund has invested in the rights
to receive net revenue continue to generate electricity as normal and have not
been affected by the incident. Should there be any further material
developments, the Management Company will inform the unitholders accordingly.
Please be informed accordingly.
