Critical Mineral Resources Raises $2 Million Equity Investment from Nebari

06:43 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Critical Mineral Resources (CMRS.L) raised a $2 million equity investment from Nebari Natural Resources AIV II at 0.02 pound sterling per share, giving the fund a 15.2% stake in the company. The mining company said Thursday the fund managed by natural-resources investor Nebari Partners subscribed for 75,466,002 new shares and received the same number of warrants. Nebari became the company's second-largest shareholder and received a right of first refusal to provide construction financing for the Agadir Melloul copper-silver project in Morocco.
