Inchcape to Acquire Two Automotive Distributors in Peru, Costa Rica

03:02 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Inchcape (INCH.L) agreed to acquire two automotive distributors from Automotores Gildemeister in Peru and Costa Rica. The London-listed automotive distributor will purchase a Volvo business in Peru and Costa Rica and a Jaguar Land Rover business in Peru, according to a Thursday filing. The bolt-on acquisitions offer three retail locations in Peru and two in Costa Rica. Subject to closing conditions and approvals, the deals are expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
