Synthomer Completes Sale of Czech Business to Mutares

09:02 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Synthomer (SYNT.L) finalized its sale of Synthomer AS, the Czech Republic-based operating company for its Acrylate Monomers business, according to a Wednesday release. In June, the British specialty chemicals company agreed to sell Synthomer AS to private equity company Mutares (MUX.F) through a carve-out transaction.
