Thalia Therapeutics Secures Patent in China for Acute Myeloid Leukemia Drug

05:47 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Thalia Therapeutics (THAT.L) secured a patent in China for miRisten, its lead clinical-stage program for acute myeloid leukemia, or AML. The biotechnology company said Tuesday that the program is already covered by patents in the US, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, and European Patent Organization countries. Thalia Therapeutics expects data from an early-stage study evaluating miRisten in relapsed or refractory AML by the first half of 2027.
